Rates and availability are subject to change. Reservations are available through our website www.rockypointoregon.com or by calling our facility at 541-356-2287. All reservations are secured with a credit/debit card or a cash deposit which is equivalent to the amount of the stay. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Cancellations are accepted up to 30 days prior to arrival date with a $25.00 service fee per cabin or RV on the reservation. Cancellations with less than 30 days notice forfeit the first night's rental fee per cabin or RV or 50% of the rent whichever is higher. Cancellation with less than 7 days notice forfeits the entire reservation payment. Holiday reservations and special promotion reservations are non-refundable. There is no refund for early departure. All rooms are non-smoking inside. All guests and pets must be registered, the unregistered guest or pet fee is $50 per guest or per pet. Quiet time is 10:00PM - 7:00AM. Violations are subject to a fee of $100 to $500.
One car per room, per cabin, or per RV spot. $5 for each additional car or trailer a day.
During the month of June and October, it's fire season, please note that there is no refund if you are experiencing a fire in your own area, while traveling to this area or if there is a nearby fire in this area. Unless there is a mandatory requirement to evacuate that directly affects this resort, there is no refund and all reservations have to abide fully by the cancellation policy. In the months of December to March, there can be snowstorms and there is also no refund unless the resort is experiencing a snow storm and cannot accommodate our guests. If a customer is concerned, please look into getting travel insurance so your related travel issues can be resolved with the travel insurance company.
